Character expansion of Kac–Moody correction factors

چکیده
A correction factor naturally arises in the theory of p-adic Kac--Moody groups. In this paper, we expand into a sum irreducible characters underlying algebra. We derive formula for coefficients, which lie ring power series with integral coefficients. case that Weyl group is universal Coxeter group, show coefficients are actually polynomials.

Training Set Expansion in Handwritten Character Recognition
In this paper, a process of expansion of the training set by synthetic generation of handwritten uppercase letters via deformations of natural images is tested in combination with an approximate k−Nearest Neighbor (k−NN) classifier. It has been previously shown [11] [10] that approximate nearest neighbors search in large databases can be successfully used in an OCR task, and that significant pe...
متن کاملChinese Character Expansion for Retrieving Japanese Paraphrases
This paper proposes two methods of query expansion for retrieving paraphrase candidates indexed by Kanzi (Chinese) characters. The idea is to calculate similarity between Kanzi characters based on an ordinary thesaurus defining relations between words. The local analysis method calculates similarity of Kanzi characters based on a semantic class to which words in a query belong, in contrast, the...
متن کاملCharacter factors through homotopy
We bring a linkage from representation theory of Lie groups to homotpy theory for maps between flag manifolds. As applications we derive from representation theory abundant families of homotopy classes of maps between flag manifolds whose induced cohomology homomorphisms can be read from the characters of the representations. 2000 Mathematical Subject Classification: 14F35 (22E46, 57R22).
متن کاملNeural Language Correction with Character-Based Attention
Natural language correction has the potential to help language learners improve their writing skills. While approaches with separate classifiers for different error types have high precision, they do not flexibly handle errors such as redundancy or non-idiomatic phrasing. On the other hand, word and phrase-based machine translation methods are not designed to cope with orthographic errors, and ...
متن کاملGeneralized Character-Level Spelling Error Correction
We present a generalized discriminative model for spelling error correction which targets character-level transformations. While operating at the character level, the model makes use of wordlevel and contextual information. In contrast to previous work, the proposed approach learns to correct a variety of error types without guidance of manuallyselected constraints or language-specific features...
